Working to Improve Communication between Deaf and Deafblind People and Hearing People
Welcome to Scottish Association of Sign Language Interpreters (SASLI) – a voluntary regulatory body and a professional association for registered and registered trainee language and communication professionals.
SASLI wants to see Deaf and deafblind people treated as equal citizens in the community. The use of registered language and communication professionals plays a part in achieving this aim by enabling effective 2-way communication between the parties.
