SASLI Needs Your Snaps
Photographs of SASLI members over the last 25 years would be gratefully received for our Interpreting – 25 Years of Evolution conference in October.
Shots can be of you, your work colleagues or members of the Deaf community, and can have been taken at any time between 1981 and 2007. We want them to show a variety of interpreting assignments and international conferences – in fact, we’d love to see anything portraying SASLI members!
They will be used for the special 25-year edition of our Annual Report, as well as for a slide show, which will be given during the evening meal after the conference on Friday 5th October 2007.
So, if you have any old photos that you’d like to share with other SASLI members, please do let us have them by 31st July!
If you can help, we would be grateful if you could please contact Geraldine O’Neill on 0141 202 0791, post your photos to the SASLI office at the address below, or pop in and drop them off.
You will be given a photo consent form to say you give permission for SASLI to use the photos. All original photos will be scanned and returned to their owners in August.
